From The TV IV
The Colony is a reality series that aired on Discovery Channel. The series follows 10 volunteers in their attempts to survive after a simulated global catastrophe. The colonists must gather resources, engineer devices to improve their quality of life, as well as defend against invaders and find a way to escape from their situation. The experiment runs for 10 weeks and also features experts commenting on why the colonists are behaving in the way that they are.
