A Scooby Doo Halloween was a special that aired on the WB. It aired on Cartoon Network through the What's New Scooby Doo? series.
The gang visits Velma's relatives during a Halloween festival in the town of Banning Junction with music by the rock band KISS, but the festivities are terrorized by the ghost of Hank Banning, the town's founder, and the legion of scarecrows he has conjured up.
