Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kids was an animated adventure airing on NBC. It is not related to the famed outlaw and his partner, the Sundance Kid, made iconic by Robert Redford and Paul Newman in the film of the same name.

Butch Cassidy is the leader of a rock group, the Sundance Kids (Wally, Stephanie and Melanie) which also doubles as a team of secret agents cracking crimes. They are given their assignments by a supercomputer, Mr. Socrates, who has an allergy to the group dog mascot Elvis.
