1 vs. 100 (2010) is a revival of the 1 vs. 100 that previously aired in prime time on NBC. This new version scales down the cash prizes (top prize is $50,000) and runs only a half hour.

A question with three possible answers is posed. The mob (now shown via webcam on a wide board of 100 flat-screen monitors) makes their selection, then the contestant makes his/hers. If the contestant is correct, he/she scores money based on how many members of the mob got the answer wrong.

If a question poses trouble, the contestants have three options:

  • Ask The Mob - A member with a right answer and another with a wrong answer are randomly selected, and they give their reason for selecting that answer. The contestant must select from the two.
  • Poll The Mob - The number of mob members with the answer the contestant wants to know more about is displayed.
  • Trust The Mob - The answer the most mob members gave is automatically locked in as the contestant's answer.

At certain levels, the contestant has the option to leave with the money won or to continue against the mob. If the contestant gives a wrong answer, any money scored is divided among the surviving mob members.
